Missoula Works Director

Missoula Works creates jobs for people with barriers to employment. Our vision is meaningful work for everyone. Missoula Works currently operates the GET IT DONE Crew-a lawn and landscaping business, Sewing Ventures-a textile manufacturing company that creates backpacks and bags from upcycled material, and Temp 2 Perm-a supportive staffing agency. We are hiring a Director for Missoula Works responsible for developing and overseeing strategy for all business lines while being responsible for its overall social impact and financial/operational performance.
A great candidate will have experience/education in social enterprise, business, or other management field. They will have a strong knowledge of business and financial strategy. Experience in human services is very positive but not necessary. This person will also have a track record of developing diverse and committed teams.
Missoula Works is under the umbrella of Missoula Interfaith Collaborative. MIC is a collaboration of 32 faith/spiritual communities working to address community challenges. A growing and adapting organization, MIC has catalyzed program and policy initiatives to tackle family homelessness, access to work, prison recidivism, access to housing and more.
MIC is committed to creating a community where program participants, supporters and staff can belong and create supportive and lifelong relationships.
