Under the supervision of the Executive Director (ED), the Deputy Director is responsible for oversight of the office in Missoula, Montana including the refugee resettlement program, the Deputy Director has the responsibility of leadership for IRC in Missoula and support a wide variety of office management responsibilities.

Program Manager
The Program Manager oversees all internal operations of BGCM's After-School and Summer Clubs. They serve as the Club's direct point of contact for all Club families, manage all aspects of the Club Member registration process, attendance record keeping, and weekly staff scheduling. They also oversee the Club's vehicles and the summer and school-year feeding program.

Caseworker
The Caseworker employs a coaching approach to assist newly arrived refugees as well as asylees, secondary migrants and other eligible populations, working collaboratively with them to meet their immediate and ongoing needs from arrival up to five years post-arrival. Together with clients, the Caseworker develops and implements individualized service plans.

Perform advanced and specialized accounting assignments involving moderately complex and confidential data requiring the application of generally accepted accounting principles. All accounting tasks for the business are conducted on behalf of the Ravalli County Council on Aging in Hamilton, MT and 406 Financial Services, LLC.
