Loan Officer

20 hrs./week. Flexible hours, Monday-Friday (between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) $20.00 - $25.00/hr. DOE, plus an excellent benefit package that includes retirement, holiday, vacation, sick time, etc. This position's responsibilities include coordination of the Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Fund, the First Time Home Buyer Loan Programs, Housing Counseling, RAMP Program Coordinator and other related loan programs. This entails outreach, loan processing, monitoring, and record keeping ensuring program compliance. Develops and maintains working relationships with staff, financial institutions, local contractors, the HRC Housing Loan Board, local nonprofit lenders, realtors, local county and state governmental offices, borrowers, and the public.
