Lead Mental Health Clinician

As a licensed social worker or counselor (LCSW or LCPC), this position will serve as TGRC’s lead clinician and clinical supervisor, on a track to train into TGRC’s Clinic Director. The Lead Counselor position will provide individual, family, and couples counseling to clients across the lifespan. They may have opportunities to facilitate support groups, community workshops, and grief education/trainings. The Lead Counselor will be the direct supervisor for clinic staff and provide (or arrange for) clinic supervision for clinicians-in-training, including Interns. In addition, this position will contribute to/provide urgent response interventions on behalf of TGRC. The Lead Counselor will work closely with TGRC’s Executive Director to gain the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to lead TGRC’s Clinic as Clinic Director – strategically overseeing budgets and operations for a sustainable Clinic.
