A Carousel For Missoula
The Assistant Executive Director is a new, hands on part time position providing daily operational assistance to the Executive Director in all aspects of overall management and operation of A Carousel For Missoula Foundation, Inc. including financial planning and follow-through; payroll and related reports; clerical and technical duties; development and implementation of policies and strategic initiatives; promotion of the Carousel and Dragon Hollow’s daily operations and special events; designing and implementing strategies for raising funds, including direct asks, fundraising events and grant writing; oversight of gift shop operations, including purchasing, stocking, inventory and assisting Carousel guests; human resource development, training and oversight, including staff and volunteers; and other duties as needed. The potential exists to progress into a three-quarter time Co-Director, and ultimately a full time Executive Director, position.
