Board Boot Camp

Are you the leader of an organization looking to up your board's game? Are you a board member or prospective board member looking to learn more about your role and serve your favorite organization as effectively as possible? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then this is the workshop for you! Join governance guru and United Way of Missoula County CEO Susan Hay Patrick for the ultimate board boot camp -- covering everything from board fundraising responsibilities to the ideal board/CEO working relationship, and beyond.

Susan Hay Patrick has been a nonprofit leader for 40 years at the local, state and national levels. She has served on or chaired numerous boards of directors throughout her career and is passionate about good governance.

This workshop is intended for current or prospective board members and nonprofit staff who work closely with their board of directors. Attendance will be limited to 40 people, so please register only two people per organization. If you plan on sending two, please try and make one of them a board member! This workshop is free to MNC members and $25 per person for non-members. We hope to see you there (via Zoom!)
