Pathways Evening Advocate

"The Pathways Program team provides life-saving services—shelter, counseling and more—for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking and human trafficking. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday. Hours are afternoon and evening, generally falling between 5pm and midnight. The base wage for this position starts at $17 hourly – higher wages would be based on experience calculated using YWCA Missoula’s wage matrix. Employee filling this role has access to benefits including vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay, health, dental, vision, life insurance, FLEX accounts, parental leave, and employee assistance program.
