Maintenance Tech IV

"We are hiring a Maintenance Technician IV for our Maintenance Team. This position is responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the Maintenance Foreman and/or Property Manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned apartment community.

This position is housed at the offices of MHA, located at 1235 34th Street in Missoula, and will work closely will all other MHA staff, the Board of Commissioners, federal, state, and local agencies, and the public. Entry level wage for this position is $22.47 per hour plus benefits.

The departments environment is fast paced, multi-tasking, and deadline intensive, when not being interrupted by the occasional dog asking for treats.
