GUTS! Advocate

"GUTS! is a leadership and empowerment program for girls and gender-diverse youth. As a GUTS! Advocate, you will serve as a mentor to young people in the community, while also providing vital administrative support to ensure the program remains relevant, impactful, and accessible. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week. Hours can be somewhat flexible but will generally need to include weekday afternoons. Additional hours will be necessary during some Youth Services summer programming. The base wage for this position starts at $17 hourly- higher would be based on experience calculated using YWCA Missoula’s wage matrix.
