"How does this position make an impact on the community?
The Fund Development team raises the necessary funds to support the critical programs YWCA Missoula offers the community – including comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence and homeless families.

The ideal candidate:
Is passionate about the mission of the YWCA and:
has database or information management experience including managing information systems and query creation.
has non-profit fundraising experience.
has ability to organize and plan work assignments; exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and time effectively.
has excellent organizational, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
