Wage: $18.00

This position is responsible for:
Providing behavioral support as established in Individual Treatment Plans.
Providing behavioral interventions.
Maintaining accurate and current documentation required for clinical, billing, and data collection

Participating in the development of Crisis Plans that identify a range of potential crisis situations with a range of corresponding responses including physically present face-to-face encounters and continuously available telephonic response.

Education, and Licensing Requirements:
High School Diploma and at least two years relevant experience working with youth and/or in a school setting. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A valid Montana Driver’s License.

Benefit package for full time staff:
Annual Leave up to 80 hours per year
Bonus Leave at the rate of 32 hours for each year of employment up to a maximum accrual rate of 112 hours per year. (WOW! Almost 5 weeks of vacation total)
