Crisis Care Therapist

"The Crisis Care Therapist provides in home therapeutic interventions to family and youth by
providing assessment, placement and case management for children and families in Home Support Services.

Nature and Scope of Position:
• The position provides Home Support Services, individual therapy, and family therapy
• Prepares written reports
• Attends intra-agency staff meetings and contributes to the clinical and administrative
decision-making
process
• This position works closely with partner agencies in the System of Care grant
• The position reports to the Program and Clinical Directors
• The position has no direct supervisory responsibilities with other staff"
