Client Advocate

Locate in Hamilton, MT. Up to 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday (between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) $20.00/hr. plus an excellent benefit package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement, paid holidays, paid time off, etc. Client Advocate position provides guidance in enabling recipients to become self-sufficient economically through case management, outreach, and referral in Ravalli County. Duties include meeting with individuals and families who require assistance. Identify applicable assistance available. Screen applicants for eligibility. Assist individuals and families to obtain services as needed. Provide case management as needed, answering incoming phone calls, fielding questions, making referrals to programs and assistance in and outside of HRC assisting clients to complete forms in person, over the phone, and electronically.
