Gap Year Association

The Gap Year Association (GYA) is a membership based nonprofit organization.
As a community of gap year program providers, post-secondary institutions, educators,
consultants, students, and parents, we have a shared vision of making at least a semester of quality gap time accessible to every high school graduate. GYA is the only national nonprofit working to coordinate the growing gap year movement.

The Associate Director’s primary responsibilities include managing GYA’s
college credit program; leading membership recruitment and retention; overseeing the
organization’s communications and marketing strategies; and delivering professional
development and networking opportunities, including the annual conference.
